Ella made a drastic decision after graduating university and starting her first corporate job. She resigned on day 89, one day shy of her probational period.
Despite a great salary, her soul was dying. So she took off to Rwanda to work with an NGO for 6 months to do heart-work, instead of soul-dying work. After 13 career overhauls, she is not an elite success coach and full-time digital nomad.
She started with remotely working from 1 country to wet her toe. Then worked from 3, then 5, then 16, then 40+. Ella shares with us why she loves Thailand, believes Paraguay is interesting, and why she is not fond of Dubai. We also talk about her upcoming road trip to West Africa.
During this conversation, Ella joined me (Ric Gazarian) from Spain while I was in Chicago on Skype. Please listen in and enjoy.
