Definitions
- "We", "us", "our", "the Company" refer to Inner & Outer Wealth Coaching Inc., a Canadian corporation owned by Ellany Lea, including its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and licensors.
- "Program(s)" refers to all our products (physical, digital or hybrid), services (1-on-1, group, or self-study) and offers, free or paid, delivered in-person, virtually, or in a hybrid mode, including classes, memberships, webinars, events and retreats.
- "You", "your", "the User", "the Users" refer to guest or registered users of ellanylea.com and its subdomains (the "Website"), including sanctuary.ellanylea.com (the "Online Vault").
- "The Client", "the Clients" refers to Users who have purchased one or more paid Program(s).
- This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the information we collect through our Website and how we collect and use that information. Your use of our Website and/or Program(s) constitutes your agreement to this Policy and its amendments.

Compliance
Philosophy • Our email philosophy is, "Busy liberating self and others. No time for spam." If you hear from us, it's because you voluntarily opted in to hear from us.
Non-Disclosure • We do our best to keep your information secure and confidential. We will never sell, rent, lease or disclose your information or the information in our mailing list to third parties. We may disclose your information if mandated by a lawyer, court of law or governmental authority, to protect the rights, property and/or personal safety of our Company and its Users. For the sole purpose of renewing our coaches' ACC, PCC or MCC coaching credentials, we will disclose only your full name, email and number of hours coached to the International Coaching Federation. We may disclose anonymized aggregated statistical information with third party providers that we hire to improve our Website and/or Program(s).
Anti-Spam • In compliance with the CASL (Canadian Anti-Spam Laws), all e-mails from us are sent for educational purposes and occasionaly to offer information on our coaching services. At anytime, you may opt-out of receiving newsletters from us by clicking the Unsubscribe or manage subscription link at the bottom of our newsletter or via your Online Vault Profile. You are prohibited to use our Website and/or Program(s) to directly or indrectly spam the Company, our its Users, and/or the public.
Children Under 18 • Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using our Website and Program(s). The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. On notice, we will delete all information from or about a child under 18.
Data Collection
There are two types of data collection on the Website and in email: voluntary and automatic. You can manage your information via your Online Vault Profile or request a full deletion of your data by contacting us in writing.
Voluntary Data Collection • Your voluntary data includes information that you provided to us when you opted in to our free Program(s), enrolled in our paid Program(s), or submitted your information via Website forms, worksheets, surveys, comments, support tickets and/or contact forms. We use this type of data to deliver your Program(s) to you, to support your learning experience, to update you on your enrolled Program(s), and to provide ongoing wisdom and occasional offers.
Voluntary Data Collection (Credit Cards) • Your credit card information is processed by Stripe and stored by Simplero. This encrypted data is only used for charging a payment for your purchased Program(s), automatically charging payment installment(s) or subscription fees for your purchased Program(s), and generating your receipt(s).
Automatic Data Collection • Your automatic data includes information collected by Google Analytics (such, but not limited to, as web pages visited, time spent on the Website, country of IP address, models of devices and statistics that do not include personal data) and by Simplero (such as, but not limited to, search queries on the Website, IP address at time of enrollment, your name to the affiliate who referred you). We may use this type of data to improve the quality of our Program(s) and educational content, to update you on your enrolled Program(s), and to provide ongoing wisdom and occasional offers.
Automatic Data Collection (Cookies) • Our Website uses standard cookies. Cookies are tiny unique pieces of data stored by your browser, which can only be read by our Website servers. They do not contain any personally identifiable information. They contain general user behaviour data that help us improve our Website and newsletter communication. You can voluntarily accept or decline the cookies on our Website or disable cookies through your web browser’s settings. Declining cookies may limit some functionality.
Automatic Data Collection (Third-party Cookies) • Though we minimize the usage of third party applications, we cannot control or be held liable for third party providers that use their own cookies, pixels and/or other tracking technologies to collect your usage information. It is your responsibility to review the applicable privacy policy of those third parties and consent to their provisions.
Do Not Track • Since there is no worldwide accepted standard for Do Not Track (DNT), our Website does not respond to DNT signals initiated by browsers.
Security
Security • By using our Website, you acknowledge that the World Wide Web is openly used by billions of people and no security system is 100% secure. All data submissions and transmissions made via our Website is secured with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). All electronic payments are securely processed by Stripe Inc.
Third Parties • Though we make reasonable effort to minimize the usage of third party applications needed to deliver our Program(s) to you, we cannot control or be held liable for privacy breaches and/or misuse of intercepted data by third parties. It is your responsibility to review the applicable privacy policy of those third parties and consent to their provisions.
Amendments
This Policy is amended from time to time by the Company and effective immediately upon posting to our Website. It is your responsibility to check this Policy periodically for updates.
